The Villa consist of Top Floor and a Ground Floor offering 3 separate apartments which are all connected.

Top Floor

The Top Floor apartment is the heart of Gaia and has a generous open-plan living area, featuring an elegant lounge, a spacious dining room and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a central island. The floor also features a private office, as well as a luxurious master bedroom.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of Villa Gaia is designed to offer exceptional comfort, flexibility and privacy. Divided into two interconnected apartments, it features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two spacious living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens and a private spa.

Each apartment has its own living spaces and access to two outdoor terraces, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine.

The Villa also has a modern Spa with Sauna and Hamman, plus it features a large GYM in the Vineyard of the Estate with Treadmill, Cross Trainer, Rowing Machine and Weight-lift bench.
