One hectare of privacy and space

Set 200 metres back from the road, Villa Gaia is surrounded by 10,000 m² of private grounds. The estate features a contemporary villa with 600 m² of living space, an infinity pool, a private gym, a traditional Puglian trulli, extensive gardens, a large forest and a vineyard planted with Pinot Noir.

The Top Floor is one apartment and the Ground Floor has two apartments. All living spaces are connected from the inside.
